Tsuyoi's art commissions Terms of Service

Automatically apply when commissioning me!only the COMMISSIONS have priorities after payment, in case of giveaway of drawings, no specific time is stipulated for the delivery, therefore it is not in a position of claims. If you think it took too long, you can cancel it or change it for a simpler drawing from my catalog.

General.
I reserve the right to decline requests; submitting a form doesn't guarantee a slot. Please wait for Vgen confirmation. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files. External assets must be provided upfront. If my work is used with other artists' assets, you must inform them and provide proper credit. TOS are subject to change.Copyright & Usage.
Credit (@Tsuyoi_Yoi ) is required on all platforms. Commissions are for personal use only; no reselling, NFT minting, or AI training. Prices include a streaming/content fee for monetized use (Twitch/YouTube), but a commercial fee is required for printing or merchandise. I retain all rights to the designs and may showcase them or the process online (unless an NDA is purchased). No modifications or extractions are allowed. I am not liable for copyright issues regarding client-provided materials.

Working Process.
Commissions can take up to eight weeks to complete. Please plan ahead if you have deadlines. Progress updates will be shared throughout the process. Clients will receive a concept draft based on the references they provide to confirm they adhere to the visual direction. Three free revisions per item are included during the creation process. Additional revisions or changes after delivery will incur an additional fee.Payment.
Payment is due within one week of submitting the proposal; otherwise, your commission will be canceled.Refunds and Cancellations.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission with a full refund if I am unable to complete it. Clients may not cancel once work begins; however, if a cancellation occurs mid-project, a fee based on work completed will apply. No refunds are issued after final file delivery.
